Ocean Diamond is a 5-star luxury condo resort in Zanzibar being developed in the North Eastern Part of the Island. The northern part of the island is well known for its luxurious hotels such as Zurii, Riu, and The Residence to name a few and hence The project was born to meet and perhaps raise the hospitality bar at the same time giving people a chance to invest and gain maximum profit from this spice paradise.

The resort comprises 238 units: studios, Penthouses, Duplex Villas, and Luxury Villas. It also has a commercial area of 20,000 sqm consisting of a water sports center, bars, restaurants, and at least one flagship restaurant. The total land use ratio of the project is only 25% with the rest of the area dedicated to pools and greenery.

All units are offered fully furnished. The project development has already started. Expected completion date is 2025.
